Based in London, Grant joined Mount Street in 2022 and is a Senior Director and Head of Primary Servicing accountable for the CRE performing loan teams based in London, Dublin, Dusseldorf, and Norwich. He is responsible for client service delivery across Mount Streets CRE loan servicing platform and driving the business forward by seeking new development opportunities.

 Grant has over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate lending and loan servicing having previously worked at Nationwide Building Society in the CRE loan origination team and BCM Global (formally Capita) where he was Head of Primary and Special Servicing. He has extensive knowledge of commercial real estate finance specifically, loan origination, CMBS Primary and Special servicing and NPL workout.
