Ravi Joseph has 30 years of experience in credit, real estate and structured finance across a broad range of sectors. Ravi was previously a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and European Head of Structured Finance and Real Estate Finance. Subsequently he was a Partner of Goldman Sachs, European Head of Debt Capital Markets and co-Head of Structured Finance.

In 2013, together with Paul Lloyd, Ravi founded Mount Street, and was CEO from 2013 to 2021. Since 2021 Ravi has transitioned to Chairman of the Board, and Paul has taken over as CEO of Mount Street Group. Over that period Mount Street grew from a start-up with four employees to the largest 3rd party loan servicer in Europe, and a platform providing a broad menu of services and technology to the credit and asset markets.

Ravi holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
