OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF ROLE (WHAT IS REQUIRED OF THE JOBHOLDER TO ACCOMPLISH):
• To manage and coordinate Signings required across the business and all global offices, ensuring compliance with, and adhering with policies, procedures, and timelines.
• Managing multiple administrative / data entry tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and maintaining a consistent high level of service.
• Ability to meet business commitments, working independently, taking accountability, staying focused under pressure as well as showing the capability to adjust plans and priorities to meet changing needs. Business commitments may mean availability is required outside of normal business hours, particularly with regards to arranging the execution of deal documents.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Coordination and execution of Documents (Wet-ink, electronic, DocuSign) etc.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Coordinating the Signing of legal documents for the loan servicing team and other business areas.
• Liaise with external contacts to ensure information requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Monitoring of internal process management logs / databases.
• Follow up with Asset Managers to ensure timely completion and effective management.
• Liaise with external professional bodies, and Mount Street satellite offices to arrange and attend notary appointments, manage signatures and the circulation of documentation.
• Maintain the orderly storage of documentation in company safe.
• Attend to powers of attorney for legal transactions.
• Reviewing loan documentation.
• Lease Consents.
• Data entry / ad-hoc administration tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
