It is licensed to provide Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, Investment Brokerage, Contract Brokerage and Placement services through its offices across Europe. In addition, MSPA’s UK branch is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom for Arranging, Dealing as Agent, Managing, Transaction Arrangement and Advisory in investments. It's US subsidiary is approved by the SEC to act as a Registered Investment Adviser in the USA.
