Paul has a 30 year career in servicing of European debt products, including corporate loans, CRE loans, export credits, CDOs, CLOs, and numerous other structured credit products. In 1997, Paul launched Morgan Stanley Mortgage Servicing, then Europe’s first CMBS servicer. He then established Deutsche Bank’s CMBS Servicing & Special Servicing platforms in 2005 before moving to CBRE from 2009 to 2012 where he was European Head of Servicing. Paul’s hands-on expertise in founding and leading servicing businesses in Europe is second to none.

In 2013, together with Ravi Joseph, Paul founded Mount Street, and has been Global Head of Financial & Business Services since inception prior to becoming Co-CEO of Mount Street Group in May 2021.

Paul has been instrumental in building the business in each jurisdiction and growing each opportunity from seed. Mount Street is now the largest 3rd party loan servicer in Europe and provides a broad menu of products and services.
