Deborah Schiavo is responsible for client relationship management for Mount Street’s U.S. Operations.     She has over 30 years of commercial real estate debt experience in asset management, loan servicing, loan closing, securitization and workouts. Prior to Mount Street, Deb served as a Managing Director at Affinius Capital (formerly Square Mile Capital) where she was responsible for building the loan asset management platform and overseeing servicing for a $6 billion portfolio of mortgage debt, mezzanine debt and preferred equity investments. Prior to joining Affinius, Deb held various structured finance positions at Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns, Smith Barney and PaineWebber.

As a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) working group, Deb was part of the first class to receive the CCMS designation in 2013 and has participated on various MBA committees.

Deb holds a BA in Spanish and Russian and an MBA both from Boston College.
