Dean is responsible for Mount Street’s U.S. Operations, including loan servicing, asset management and special servicing. Dean has over 30 years of executive management experience building and leading commercial real estate loan servicing, asset management and special servicing platforms in the US and Canada. This includes platforms built to serve emerging lenders such as debt funds, CLO’s, credit unions, and commercial single family residential programs as well as more traditional lenders such as CMBS, US GSE Agencies, life insurance companies, pension funds and banks in the U.S.A. and Canada.

Prior to Mount Street, Dean held senior executive roles in operations or technology for SitusAMC, Pillar Finance, Cohen Financial and PNC/Midland Loan Services.

Dean holds an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University and a BA from the University of Northern Iowa.
