London – 18 September 2023 – Mount Street Group (‘Mount Street’), a leading global third-party
loan servicing and credit asset management firm is delighted to announce the appointment of
Stephanie Petosa as Managing Director and Head of US Business Development and Client
Relations.

Stephanie joins the team in New York as Managing Director and Head of US Business
Development and Client Relations reporting to Paul Lloyd, Co-Founder and Chief Executive
Officer at Mount Street. With over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate (CRE)
securitization market, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Her in-depth knowledge
of the sector will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships and supporting Mount
Street’s expansion in the US, where the business currently has $33.6 billion in assets under
management.

Having previously held pivotal roles at Fitch Ratings and GE Capital, Stephanie’s focus on
operational risk assessment has contributed significantly to her success in this field. Most recently,
Stephanie served as Client Development Executive at Dechert, LLP in New York, where she
worked closely with partners to develop successful strategies to deepen client relationships.

Stephanie is an important addition to Mount Street leading its journey into an exciting and growing
space.
