Documentation has been executed (the “Servicing Transfer Documents”) pursuant to which Situs International Limited (previously known as Hatfield Philips International Limited) has been terminated in the role of Delegate Italian Special Servicer in relation to the Italian Loan and Mount Street Mortgage Servicing Limited (“Mount Street”) has been appointed as its successor (the “Servicing Transfer”).

The appointment means both Fortezza loans, securitised in the Windermere X and XIV transactions will be under the stewardship of Mount Street’s special servicing team who enjoyed some recent success in the Italian market with the restructure and full repayment of the Virgilio Senior loan (formerly the Orazio loan) securitised in Silenus (European Loan Conduit No. 25) DAC.
