Steve is responsible for Mount Street’s U.S. Special Servicing group.  Prior to joining Mount Street, Steve served as a Managing Director at Greystone where he provided organizational leadership and guidance to a seasoned team of asset managers that were responsible for the oversight of distressed CMBS real estate loan and REO portfolios.

 Steve’s experience includes over 30 years of managing of both debt and equity investments as well as extensive loan and property underwriting and valuation. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
